This early 1920s complex of handsome brick buildings once housed the offices and manufacturing facilities of controversial endocrinologist Henry Harrower. More than 75 years after Harrower stopped marketing his compounds of powdered animal organs, the buildings were sensitively restored and expanded for Harrower Village, an affordable housing community for seniors.
